In connection with the implementation of the project for funding from Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego under operation 3.2.2 Operational Program Intelligent Development 2014-2020- Credit for technological innovation, we kindly ask to present an offer for the planned purchase of high productivity tube mill.


Title of project: The implementation of the technology for producing longitudinally ribbed profiles, used in heat exchangers.

The line should consist of:

  • decoiler;
  • strip joiner;

  • turkheads section (3 turkheads);

  • run-out section.

General Provisions:

  • Purchaser does not allow variant tenders.

  • Purchaser does not allow partial offers.

Order description:

The contract is for the supply line for the project, enabling the production of longitudinal fined profiles, used in heat exchangers.

Purchaser requires that all machines were new and had all the required documents to European law authorizing the machinery on the market and use,and also meet the parameters of the inquiry.

The offer should contain:

  1. The total price

  2. Technical parameters of the line.

  3. Presentation of the energy savings that line.

  4. Presentation technical drawings which outline distances between stands in sizing section and in turkheads section.

  5. Presentation of the conditions of possibility of modifying line:

    • the extent to which this is possible;

    • or in the case of a determination in writing between the parties about the nature of the modification, it will be maintained warranty.

  6. The name of the bidder, address or registered office, telephone number.

Evaluation of offer will be made on the basis of the following criteria:

  • Net price
  • Service
  • Impact on the environment and climate
  • The ability to modify the line
  • Delivery term (availability)

 The ability to modify the line

2 points – will get offerer, who will agree to modify the line during the warranty period, before his written consent;
1 point – will get offerer, who after the modifications made by the buyer not keep guarantee;

0 point – will get offerer, who do not consent to the modification during the warranty period, or in case the lack of a position in this regard.

Delivery term (availability)

2 points – will get offerer, who proposes a delivery dateless than or equal to3 months;
1 point – will get offerer, , who proposes a delivery date more than 3 months.

Purchaser will select the most advantageous offer, which obtains the highest number of points based on established criteria.

In the case of obtaining the same number of points by the two offerers, the choice of the best offer elects term bid (the offer made earlier will be assessed higher).
